What is the minimum length of stay you charge for?
There is a minimum charge of 3 days' stay.
Do you give a discount for kittens?
We do accept kittens into the cattery, but while kittens eat less and occupy less space, they do require more handling and attention so there is no reduction in cost.
How big are the accommodations, and how well equipped?
Every cat run, whether solo or shared, has solo sleeping space and plenty of exercise space, as well as climbing apparatus and toys. Accommodation is configured for 1, 3 or 6 cats to a run.
Are the cats exercised and played with during their stay?
Yes. Every cat is given time out from their accommodations in a secured area where they can move more freely. We make every effort to regularly socialise with your cats to ensure their well being.
Is there a discount for having multiple cats stay at the same time?
Yes. Please
enquire with details of when your cats would be staying and how many.
Can I see the facilities before I book?
Of course. We welcome inspections, by appointment. Please
contact us.
Are cats required to be vaccinated?
Yes. We require all cats that stay with us to have a current vaccination certificate as a courtesy to all our guests. You will be asked to bring your cat's vaccination certificate with you when you deliver your cat to us. Your veterinarian can provide this for you, and we must insist on viewing the original certificate.
My cat requires special medication at regular times. Can you do this?
Yes. There can be a small charge for this service, but we will be happy to meet your cat's needs. Please
contact us to discuss your cat's specific needs.
My cat is old and/or infirm. Can you assure me he'll be warm and comfortable?
Yes. We have a variety of runs including a quarantine area, with options available for elderly and infirm cats. Please
contact us to discuss your cat's specific needs.
